On the morning after Thanksgiving, perhaps you would like to treat yourself to a special practice with Natalie Levin. She will lead you through different shapes and movements to help you ease open your body. This practice will be an opportunity for you to have some quiet time during what is sometimes a very busy time of year. You can expect live opera singing, vinyasa yoga, meditation, some information about the current astrology, and scintillating glitter if you so desire! This practice is appropriate for all levels!
